Event Details

The Farm is Glowing This June

Picture this: a warm June evening in Caledon, Ontario. You're standing on a disc golf course carved through an organic hop farm. The sun has just gone down. The air smells like fresh hops and possibility. And then — the course lights up.

That's GLOWLOT.

On June 13, 2026, Dr. Glow and Chainlink Disc Golf are bringing the full glow-in-the-dark disc golf experience to Goodlot Farmstead Brewing Co. for a night that combines great disc golf, an incredible setting, and the kind of visual magic that glow disc golf does better than anything else in the sport.

Whether you've been playing disc golf for years or you've never thrown a disc in your life, this is an evening worth showing up for!

The Venue: Goodlot Farmstead Brewing Co.

Let's talk about where this is happening — because the venue is half the story.

Goodlot Farmstead Brewing Co. is not your average event space. Nestled in Caledon, Ontario, Goodlot is a certified organic hop farm and solar-powered brewery that produces fresh, hyper-local, farm-raised beer using ingredients grown right on their own land and sourced from small Ontario farmers. Everything about Goodlot is rooted in place, craft, and community.

And they have a disc golf course on the property. A disc golf course that, as of this summer, has just been expanded from 14 holes to a full 18-hole layout.

That's exactly what we're celebrating!

Playing disc golf at Goodlot on a regular day is already a treat. Playing it at night, under glow lights, on a freshly expanded course, surrounded by hop fields and farm country? That's a Dr. Glow Experience.

The Conservation Series Connection

GLOWLOT isn't just a glow event — it's also a celebration of something bigger happening in the Ontario disc golf community.

Chainlink Disc Golf's Conservation Series is an initiative dedicated to connecting conservation enthusiasts, nature lovers, and disc golf fans across Ontario. Their mission is rooted in a simple but powerful idea: the best way to protect natural spaces is to help people fall in love with them. The Conservation Series does exactly that by building disc golf courses that draw people outdoors and into nature — and by creating meaningful partnerships with Ontario conservation areas along the way.

As part of that mission, the CCS produces collectible glow-in-the-dark Wildlife Polygram Fundraiser Discs, with proceeds going directly to support local conservation areas. Each disc features one of six stunning wildlife polygram designs inspired by local Ontario species, along with an educational nature fact. They're PDGA approved, made from recycled beginner-friendly plastic with a grippy feel, and UV-printed for a vibrant multi-colour glow effect. Designed in Canada.

An organic farm. A conservation-focused disc golf initiative. A glow event under the stars. The pieces fit together almost too perfectly.

What is Glow Disc Golf, Exactly?

If you've never played glow-in-the-dark disc golf before, here's the short version: it's regular disc golf, played at night, with glow-in-the-dark discs and UV-lit baskets — and it is an absolute blast!

The darkness strips away a lot of the noise and distraction of the daytime game. Your focus narrows to the glowing disc in your hand, the illuminated basket in the distance, and the throw in front of you. It's surprisingly meditative, genuinely exciting, and wildly fun to experience with a group.

It's also remarkably accessible. You don't need to be an experienced disc golfer to have an amazing time. Glow rounds have a way of levelling the playing field — the atmosphere is social, the pace is relaxed, and the visuals are unforgettable regardless of your score.

This is what Dr. Glow does. Every event is built around making glow disc golf feel welcoming, exciting, and worth coming back to.

A Full Day Worth Showing Up For

While the Dr. Glow Experience is the main event, GLOWLOT is built around a full day at Goodlot — and we strongly recommend arriving well before dark.

Starting at 2:00 PM, Chainlink Disc Golf will be running free beginner training seminars throughout the afternoon on Hole 1, giving first-timers a friendly and low-pressure introduction to the game before sending them out to explore the newly expanded 18-hole layout. No registration, no cost — just show up, learn the basics, and get out on the course.

If you're playing in the glow event, we highly recommend targeting a 6:00 PM arrival. Play a round on the new course while you can still see it in the daylight, sample some of Goodlot's exceptional offereings, grab dinner, and settle in before the sun goes down. It's the ideal way to experience everything GLOWLOT has to offer!
