1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:

2. Refunds

5. Event Registrations
For events hosted by Dr. Glow:

Event fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us

If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund or credit

Tickets may be transferable—contact us for assistance
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damage

A brief description of the issue
We will replace the item or provide a refund.
