MBP Glow League is a free, year-round glow-in-the-dark disc golf league held every Wednesday night at Marilyn Bell Disc Golf Course on Toronto’s waterfront along Lake Ontario.

Open to all ages and skill levels, the league welcomes complete beginners and seasoned players alike for a fun, social night of illuminated disc golf in an urban park setting.

Players can expect a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere with friendly weekly competitions and prizes, no experience required, and no cost to play.

• Start Time: Meet at Hole 1 (east end of the course) at the time listed above
• Format: 18 Holes (Play the 9-hole layout twice)
• Baskets will be lit up for night play
• Players must provide their own discs (glow-in-the-dark plastic is ideal, or attachable LED lights. Glow-in-the-dark tape is available to put on your regular discs upon request)
